    The pace of life is slow and peaceful on a country road shaded with bamboo, mixed with the afternoon blue smoke in the fields in Sau village, Tan Yen district.

    Blue smoke in the afternoon over the ancient village with the folk name Sau village in Lien Chung commune (formerly Chung Son), Tan Yen district. Stay away from the hustle and bustle of urban areas. If you have the opportunity, visit Sau village. Legend has it that behind the village there is an ancient mountain of land shaped like a crocodile, the mascot is often worshiped in temples, so the village is called Sau.

    The photo set was taken by photographer Nguyen Huu Thong (born in 1987), a native of Bac Giang, through many visits to the village. During his photography career, he has won over 40 large and small domestic and international awards.

    Crocodile Village is several hundred years old, with about 200 houses, many of which are ancient.

    The village streets are lined with bamboo trees, cool in the hot summer midday heat.

    “Uh oh... the bridge is nailed with oil. The bamboo bridge is bumpy and difficult to walk on. It's hard to walk. Mom will take me there. Children go to school, mothers go to school," author Nguyen Huu Thong remembered the oral lullabies of mothers and grandmothers when taking photos of this rural scene.

    The countryside river wharf is located along the banks of the Thuong River, about a kilometer from the foot of Mount Den, inspiring photographers to create.

    Crocodile Village is characterized by the Northern countryside, the countryside people chat, ask questions, help each other, and keep the village love intact. The village is currently unaffected by urbanization and tourism, and is worth a visit for tourists.
